Feed Your Soul
Feed Your Soul
A weekly online gathering for reflection, creativity, and connection with the natural world
There’s something steadying about coming back to what’s real: breath, seasons, words that arrive from somewhere deeper than our thinking mind.
Feed Your Soul is a weekly online gathering offering space for reflection, creativity, and connection with the natural world. Each session includes a short meditation, poetry, and a guided nature-based experience designed to support inner listening and seasonal awareness. Participants will spend meaningful time journaling and reflecting on both their inner landscape and the surrounding ecosystems they are part of. Through guided prompts and free writing, we will explore the interplay between personal experience and the rhythms of the natural world. There will be opportunities to share writing and reflections within the group, always with respect for individual comfort levels.
This series is best suited for those who:
🌀 Love journaling or want to deepen a journaling practice
🌀 Are interested in place-based or nature-centered reflection
🌀 Feel open to sharing raw, unpolished, and vulnerable free-writes (only to their own comfort level)
Come as you are. Bring what’s tender, what’s messy, what’s bright, what’s unsure. There’s room.
“Paying attention is a form of reciprocity with the living world.”
