Spiritual Embodiment Lab
Spiritual Embodiment Lab
This experiential group invites participants to explore a variety of spiritual practices and notice how these practices are experienced in the body. Together, we will explore how creating personally meaningful, culturally relevant ceremony practices impacts our somatic experiences and supports connection, presence and embodied awareness.
This is an exploration- a lab! - and the focus is on exploration and creativity rather than mastering a particular tradition or technique. Participants are invited to get creative and explore modalities such as working with prayer beads, altar-making/tending, nature walks, herbal baths, dream pillows, and other self designed rituals. In our shared group space we will track, reflect on, and discuss our direct somatic responses to these practices.
Participants should be able to commit to at least 6 of the 8 sessions.
