Self-Love Meditation
A Guided Gratitude Meditation for the Body
“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.”
— Thích Nhất Hạnh
Take a deep breath and let yourself settle into the present moment.
This free guided meditation is an invitation to pause and come home to your body through breath, awareness, and gratitude. You’ll be guided to notice the quiet intelligence of your body—your breath breathing you, your heart beating, your senses and systems working on your behalf all day long. Through simple attention, touch, and inner acknowledgment, this practice supports a felt sense of presence, care, and connection with your body-mind, just as you are. It’s a moment to listen inward, to notice what’s here, and to remember that even in difficult seasons, more of you is working than not.
