About Kelsey Loupy

About Kelsey Loupy, PhD.

I’m Kelsey Loupy, and I bridge the heart and mind in my approach to wellness. After years of researching the body-brain connection and discovering my own belonging in the wild, I decided to combine my worlds through the Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy Program at Naropa University. I have considered Boulder home since 2016, feeling especially drawn to the sense of space, vulnerability, and perspective gained at the top of a mountain. I also find insight and intimacy on the river and hopes to incorporate rafting into her future work.

A student of nature, somatic practices, and physiological sciences, I engages the wisdom of the body to remember its deeply rooted relationships with all other beings on Earth. Grounded in attachment theory, ecopsychology, and mindfulness, I believe in the power of slowing down and tuning in to our collective aliveness. I honor the cyclical processes of life, helping to reawaken the wholeness of Self to safety, trust, nourishment, and growth.

The soul is calling, and I must go.
