About Your Facilitator
Kelsey Loupy, PhD bridges the heart and mind in her approach to wellness. After years of researching the body-brain connection and discovering her own belonging in the wild, Kelsey decided to combine her worlds through the Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy Program at Naropa University. She has considered Boulder home since 2016, feeling especially drawn to the sense of space, vulnerability, and perspective gained at the top of a mountain. She also finds insight and intimacy on the river and hopes to incorporate rafting into her future work.
A student of nature, somatic practices, and physiological sciences, Kelsey engages the wisdom of the body to remember its deeply rooted relationships with all other beings on Earth. Grounded in attachment theory, ecopsychology, and mindfulness, she believes in the power of slowing down and tuning in to our collective aliveness. She honors the cyclical processes of life, helping to reawaken the wholeness of Self to safety, trust, nourishment, and growth. The soul is calling, and I must go.
